Calling all investors. Please use extreme caution when entering home. Structural issues are obvious & the roof does leak. Power has been turned off for about a year. Seller has not lived in the home for 10 or 11 years and it has been vacant for the last 3-4 so it needs major repairs. Seller does not know extent of repairs but we do know they are extensive.
